For someone that hates to have dirty pots and pans laying around, this is a good solution. I plan my meals in these pans. I prepare the pan with the food I will cook, wrap them in tin foil and when I am ready to cook them I put them in the oven or if I do not want to cook my food right there and then, I freeze them. Kepps my kithcen clean, no grease to deal with-just through it away after it’s used. Worth it for busy people.

Great solution to my need for a shallow pan with raised rows throughout.
It’s so flimsy I have to put in a metal pan to keep it from collapsing. I love the design and size. If it was stronger it would be perfect. I just roasted a turkey on it by putting it inside is a stainless roasting pan and it worked perfectly. A few days ago inroasted a duck in it and it also worked perfectly. When I just heat frozen duck halves on it I do not put the metal pan under it I just handle it very carefully and it works perfectly.
