This is such a great grater if youâre looking for a good julienne on your veggies. It is sharp, easy to use, and glides pretty well most of the time. This thing is a whiz on carrots and cucumbers though food does get a little jammed in the corner at times.

I wasnât sure if this would work, but I was definitely pleasantly surprised. I was looking for a tool that could do a julienne cut, and it did the job well. The only minor thing is that when you start the peeling it is still intact following by being cut. But it easily pulls apart. Itâs an inexpensive tool that does the job.
