OXO Pro – Top Quality Muffin Pan
Iâve been an OXO brand fan for many years. If I need a kitchen tool and they make it, I will buy it. That said, this Pro series muffin tin I received is next-level quality. Couldnât come at a better time as I finally parted ways with Momâs old Silverstone muffin pan that always gave a dark and tough crust because of the dark metal. Happy to report that this OXO muffin pan is not dark â yay! But itâs also substantial. Surprisingly so. This OXO ceramic coated metal pan has some heft. Itâs also pretty large because the handles on the side are deep â itâs nice to not worry about bumping the muffins with my pot holders â plenty of room to grab the pan.My only unfulfilled desire is that there isnât a 6 cup version of this pan as I regularly use that size for making egg bites.Beautiful pan. Worth the investment which is a very reasonable price. I expect that I will be passing this pan down to my son some day.

I love OXO products, this one is top-notch!
Most of my kitchen items are from OXO and I got excited when I got to try this non-stick ceramic pro line. It is very well made, heavy duty and works really well. Non-stick works amazingly, please do not use any oil spray as it will damage it.It is heavier than your usual pan but it also has extended ends for handling. It is easy to transport from the oven to the counter! Cleans easily, it is dishwasher safe but I just wash it by hand. I will be buying more from this pro line.

OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro Ceramic Coated Metal Bakeware Half Sheet Pan – wow
I got the OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro Ceramic Coated Metal Bakeware Half Sheet Pan because we do a lot of “sheet pan meals” in my house. We noticed that some of the darker aluminim baking sheets would burn the food before they are done cooking. So when we saw this new “Biscuit” color pan from Oxo, we were really excited to try it. It definitely delivered! This pan is heavy duty and well made. We’ve made a couple sheet pan meals on there and everything has come out evenly cooked and browned, not burnt. It also uses nontoxic ceramic as the nonstick which is a huge plus. Wow, this pan is just great!

Amazing quality
I’ve owned a lot of sheet pans & cookie sheets in my life, but never one as sturdy as this one.It says hand wash, but nothing in my kitchen gets hand washed – and it’s held up just fine in the dishwasher so far.Looking forward to getting years of use out of this!

Very good heavyweight baking pan. For use up to 450F only. Not dishwasher-safe.
So far, I’ve been impressed. It is very slick and cleans up easily. Note that must be hand-washed only. Some typical non-stick cheap pans I started using around the same time are already getting baked-on crud around the edges. But this one looks as good as new. These are somewhat expensive, but so far that cost is justified. Only time will tell if they stand up to lots of use.My rating system:5 Stars = Knocks it out of the park. A great value!4 Stars = Excellent product. A solid buy.3 Stars = It provides some value, but perhaps not as advertised.2 Stars = A little dubious, so do your research. Read the critical reviews!1 Star = Avoid this product and look elsewhere.

Good solid 9×9 cake pan
Solid, heavy cake pan. I was surprised at the thickness and weight of this thing. I didn’t think they made pans like this anymore. If it weren’t so nicely coated, you’d think this thing was from the 70s. Anyways – wife wanted a better 9×9 because all our aluminum non-sticks from the 90s are reaching their end-of-life with scratches and burnt on stuff on the barely non-stick surface. This OXO fit the bill – it’s heavy and definitely well coated. Haven’t baked anything in it yet so I don’t know what sort of adjustment we need to make compared to our old pans. I’m guessing it shouldn’t be a problem. A+++

great cookie sheet
This is a very high quality baking sheet. It’s got good weight to it, it doesn’t feel flimsy at all. The nonstick coating works great, my cookies slide right off. It’s nice having nonstick bake ware that isn’t Teflon, so I don’t have to worry about PFAS or PFOA. Make sure you avoid using metal utensils on this, as it will scratch the ceramic coating. Stick to wood, nylon, or silicone spatulas and tools.

Solid!
This is my first piece of ceramic cookware. I used it to make some focaccia bread which popped out of the pan easily. Time will tell how durable the surface is but this appears to be a solid piece of equipment and I am expecting it to last. Of course I won’t use any sharp tools that might scratch the surface. The metal itself is pretty thick, I feel like it’s going to take quite a bit for it to warp or wiggle like other baking sheets do.
