This is a really great tool!
This purchase is a gift so my review is based on the same product that I have used for several months, mostly for making whip cream from heavy cream.This beater is so convenient and easy to use. Just pick it up, put it into the bowl with whatever you want to mix and crank away. It’s really easy to crank too fast and splatter your food around the room so control yourself.Despite it being sold as an egg beater I’ve never used it for that because I always forget about it and I usually just mix up my eggs in the pan as I scramble them.I used it last week to make a cake and it was real easy to use and did a great job of getting clumps out of the mixture. As it all began to mix well it got pretty thick and more difficult to mix but this beater handled it well with only slightly more force on the handle.Cleaning is not so easy as there are 8 blades and the blade support to clean. I find that licking the remaining whip cream off the blades as well as I can is enjoyable and delicious and makes less mess to clean off the beaters. While the remaining stuff on the blades is still fresh I run it under hot water and spray with the kitchen faucet sprayer until it looks clean. The put it in the dishwasher to make sure it’s cleaned well. The beater assembly detaches from the motor easily so it can be popped into washer and you can also remove each of two beater blades completely for washing.I think it works great and that’s why I bought another to give to someone. I recommend this product based on my personal use.

Practical & Easy To Use/Clean
I think this is the nicest egg beater I have ever owned–much sturdier than other hand-held ones, and so easy to clean. Oxo makes the most practical kitchen tools, and every one has lasted a long time. I like that this utensil disassembles–that makes it easy to store in a drawer too.

This is the best beater on the market. I love it because itâs easy to grab the handle and hold on while rotating the beaters from the side. Oxo always has an easy grip which is wonderful for those who need a little extra help. Most of all it feels more balanced to grab it from the top instead of from the side or anywhere else so this just fits my hand well and itâs easy to use. I also like that the beaters can be removed for further cleaning, if needed. However, Iâve not been able to pull them off yet; Iâll have to put some gloves on to do that (due to arthritis), but so far Iâve been able to clean it very nicely without having to remove the beaters.

This OXO beater is perfect if you have difficulty holding a straight handle. The crank is easy to turn if you have arthritis. It beats eggs very thoroughly to make fluffy omelets!

Best egg beater ever
I love this egg beater. It works well and has a great post handle on the top that has a large diameter so my hand can grip it with ease. I also appreciate the way it can be taken apart to clean! great feature and much appreciated. I have recommended this to family members and several have purchased this same egg beater. I would certainly buy again if the need arose.

This is a wonderful product, it is so easy to use and clean. I have arthritis in my hands so can at times experience pain and a lot of weakness. However, this whisk is still so smooth and easy to use even when I am having a bad mobility and pain day. I have owned it for 8 years now and it is still going strong. I cannot express just how impressed I am with this whisk after many years of using inferior ones that have caused both frustration and disappointment. If you are looking for a hand held whisk, do yourself a favour and get this one, you will not regret it.
