Best 6 qt. pot EVER!
When I needed to replace our 6 qt. pot due to years of using one with a scratched bottom, when I saw the Oxo, it was immediately decided. I love Oxo products and any time that I can put another Oxo item in my kitchen, our lives become so much easier. This pot is no exception. It’s so easy to clean, it’s at a good price point being 33% off AND the larger bottom allows for more even heat distribution. I am confident that I will never have to replace this pot. The lid is excellent as it can be used to drain liquids and I love that it is glass so I can see the status of whatever we are cooking. It is simply the best and it confirms my believe that Oxo has the BEST products ever.

This pot is replacing my Calphalon pot which was beginning to show scratches. This brand has proven to be very reliable in other purchases, so I am giving it a test. So far, I love it. Itâs lightweight, has even heat, a see-through lid, pouring spouts on two sides with strainers.

On 8/28/22 I paid $76.48 + tax for this Oxo 6Qt Nonstick Black Stockpot with lid. Today (7/1/24) it sells for $56.99. No wonder and that is still way overpriced. We seldom use this pot (once every 10 days maybe), we always use wooden spoons and plastic ladles. We hand washed it since the day we bought it. Just look at the pictures. The non-stick coating is missing in way more many areas than it should be and where its missing there is rust. I would not buy this pit again. There is no way I would buy this again.
