Perfect Dutch oven
I wasted no time using this pot. It was delivered, out of the box, washed an in my oven making a pot roast. I purchased the 5.5 and it is perfect. Not too big and not too small. And, not too heavy. It comes with two adorable handle mitts and a round silicone hotplate to rest your hot pot on. Comes in many colors. Can withstand up to 500 degrees in the oven. The packaging was perfect and damage proof. I would definitely recommend.

It’s Decorative and Very Functional
First it’s important to say that, after so many years, I really don’t like to cook. But I do like comfort food in the winter, so I bought this Dutch oven to cook multi-meal batches. It’s wonderful! I’ve made stew and a chicken recipe that were both so tender and flavorful that I was amazed at the difference. Beats a slow cooker hands down. I did not have any trouble with clean-up — I used wooden spatulas and spoons to avoid scarring the interior surface, and they worked great. The pot cleaned up with dish soap and a micro cloth. And, as a bonus, it looks stunning on my stove top between uses.

Iâm so impressed with this Overmont enameled cast iron Dutch Oven & Brassier! First off is the quality, right up there with the expensive European brands! And I love the color options, I chose Navy Blue in both pieces! The color is stunning! Iâve had them for 3months now & use them nearly everyday! They clean up so easily (like nonstick) and I keep the Dutch oven on top of my stove and store the brassier in my lower cabinet. So pretty for decor & easy to store! Iâve not had any issues with chipping or stickiness, and they were packaged securely when shipped to me! GREAT value (both pieces were on special together for the price of $99)! Iâm thrilled!

The color is great. Looks just as described. It came with a little rubber mat to set itnon, a cookbook and handle pads. It is also very heavy which is ok with me but its something to be aware of. Easy to use. Cooked the food evenly.

What a beautiful Dutch oven this is. I have baked a few loaves of bread in it and itâs the perfect size for my needs (I have the 6 quart but the smaller sizes would also be great for bread). The coLOUR is absolutely gorgeous. The trivet that it came with is super handy as are the little handle holders (although I use regular oven mits to take it out of the oven)

The 5.5 Qt is perfect size for round sourdough loafs, whole chicken roasts, stew, soups, you can cook anything in this thing. It’s heavy, you need two hands, but it’s not too much. The rivets on the lid are great for dispersing the moisture back down into whatever you are cooking. No moisture dripping from the lid when you remove. Cleans beautifully, the blue colour is stunning. You will not be disappointed with this choice.
