I love it!
My apartment doesn’t have a lot of countertop space and this was perfect solution for dish drying without taking up the countertop, I also appreciate the closing door and how you can leave off the water catching compartment and let the water drip directly into the sink. This was also very easy and pretty quick to put together, and is very sturdy, holds my heavy pots and cast iron skillets with no issue. I’ve recommended this to a few friends and family members already, 10/10 highly recommend!

Lack of quality control, dangerous cover
I wanted to love this because it’s a great way to keep counters clear, but after building and testing it out, I’m very disappointed.The rack and parts shipped well protected, but I recieved both damaged and wrong parts. I ordered the white rack, but receive some black pieces. The top cover piece was very damaged in one corner (see photo), as if it had been crushed, and slightly warped out of shape, but it didn’t affect the fit of the piece once screwed in.The rack itself was very easy to build, even with the weird instructions and confusing naming convention. I wish it had clarified the parts and screws better, but I figured it out. It took me less than an hour to unpack and put together. This is where the quality control issues come in.Other than the top piece being damaged and a bit crooked, everything screwed in flush. That said, no matter much I tightened the screws so the parts are flush, the door doesn’t fit flush on my unit. My first time putting the rack over my sink, I opened the door and it fell out onto me. I’m lucky I reacted quickly, but someone else could have gotten hurt.I inspected the entire thing, and either the door is not wide enough, or the top piece is too wide. Basically no matter what I do, there is a big gap on either side of the door (see photo) This makes it extremely unsafe to use the door, especially with an elderly person in my household. I’m debating if it’s worth the hassle to disassemble the entire unit and return it, or to take the cover off permanently, which ruins the aesthetic of the thing.I cannot recommend this product, especially at such a high price point, unless they improve the quality control of the parts and ensure a good fit. I’m very disappointed.

Expect some rust
More difficult to assemble than I expected. Fit perfectly. Very sturdy. Has a bit of rust on racks where water drains.

Works well but feels cheap
I was a little disappointed by how much it costed given the quality of the product. Overall the tools they give you to use (a small wrench and Allen key) are terrible l used a 5/16 hex socket and a 3 mm hex key to tighten the bolts. The instructions arent supet clear either. The kit has two screws labeled size 17 both fit the nuts but the short ones are for the legs and back rail the short onesand the long ones for the shelves. The shelf is also only adjustable for height not width so it barely fits but a fit is a fit so no harm done.Once assembled the shelf is sturdy and adds some more shelf space above the sink. The basket for sponges is nice though I wish the bin hanging off the basket are too small for most cleaning supplies. The silverware rack is also nice though a grid would have been better then a rail. The cutting board/cookie sheet storage is also perfect but the drip tray is a little small on that side. The plate compartment is also ever so slightly too small for the door to close all the way on my plates and plates need to be inserted at a specific angle to fit inside (not sure if my plates are larger then normal) but the door closes enough to be functional.Overall the rack works but the quality of the metal and plastic feels cheep and at a US price of $120 it seems like it should be half the price. The suction cups also don’t suction to the counter at all as they are too stiff that being said it is heavy enough and the center of gravity is set such that I don’t think it will be a problem.

For the price for this, I had to return it. Didn’t meet expectations. Whilst I did not bother screwing the top shelf together, you could clearly identify that it was not going to sit at 180° flat. The door flap had a noticeable gap, not like the picture, the knob preslotted hole was on 1 side only so I had to drill a hole to attach the knob. Dirty marks/cuts/flaking/corrosion?. Not that it really bothers me now but might later was the bolts and nuts didn’t sit flush, so the bolts seemed too long. It would be easy to scrap your hand on them if not mindful.Disappointed this didn’t work out. I was so close to having a more organised kitchen. Maybe it is a sign for a dishwasher again.
