This Ovente Teapot and Electric Kettle combination works great for loose leaf tea. I just unboxed and made my first pot today. Based on my experience I expect to enjoy many more pots of tea from this kettle.The water heated quickly, and the keep warm feature works well. Thanks to another reviewer who made it clear that you need to select a temperature, press âkeep warmâ, AND press the start button! I will add that I boiled the kettle first to 212F and then set to âkeep warmâ at 200F. It wonât set âkeep warmâ at 212 which makes sense.I really like the prontofill. It enabled me to fill the kettle without removing a lid. It was very easy to use, and the water went in quickly without overflowing.The kettle boils quickly and âkeep warmâ cycles it back to boiling periodically.I do wish that I could silence the beeping. It is bothersome since I am an early riser and donât want to wake the household making my morning tea. I suggest the manufacturer add a silent mode in the next model. I recommend this model based on initial experience.

However, the keep warm option is a bit strange and seems unnecessary since it only lasts for one minute. Iâm not sure what the purpose of that is.â Guys, I didnât not know how keep warming works! It works perfectly, you need to push keep warming button AND start button. I didnât push start and it turned off after a minute. If you push start button too, it works perfectly and keep the temperature on 200F.I love it

Works well for Turkish Tea
I found the product to be in good quality and is easy to use.The start button is not easy to press and I get the sense that it may get stuck after period of use for now it works ok with a slight clicking sound.I took one star down because the lit where it faces the tea ,has plastic ring,I would rather to pay a bit extra if that little part was also steel.Other than that, the keep warm button works well, I can understand why people say its not working, after pressing it, you need to also press the start and see the blue light inside the kettel (if the temp is above 200 ,it wont lid as blue but will start to it up blue, after it drops below 200 f .It works like a computer task, you select the keep warm button then click on the enter(start) button.

After a week of using this kettle ,I suddenly notice there are white stuff in my hot water .Yes ,this meet me is not made with the good stainless steel or good material .It is dangerously bad to use it especially for the kids.these materials in the kettle is bad for your kidneys.i am returning this and asking for the full refund.

Iâve used this style for years and my other one broke. Was so grateful to find this brand. I use it for coffee every day. You get the quality of a French press coffee but you can keep it warm!

Let me start from the beginning the packaging was really good very safe and protective. before I use I clean up, which was easy to clean just the water and some soap on it. the size is perfect for a family. It was fast and secure if you have toddler.. however I wasnât expect that quality when I first ordered it among other brands that become my favorite because I have used more than five different brands. They all had issue over years, but letâs see whatâs gonna happen with this one. All I can say is It was a good start..
