Lifesaver for Thanksgiving
I have a 5 year old who wants to be in the kitchen to help when I cook. I’m not quite ready for her to use knives to cut vegetables. This product was the answer. The value and size was great and arrived quickly. It’s easy for her to use and did not involve her using knives. She sliced all the onions, garlic, celery and peppers needed for our Thanksgiving meal with speed. Now we have a tool that we both can use while in the kitchen together.

Great product
Small and easy to use. It does a great job chopping things of all sizes from onions and peppers down to cloves of garlic. I’ve put it in the dishwasher multiple times and it holds up (not sure if this is recommended or not). I would recommend to anyone looking for a product to make your life in the kitchen easier.

Loved it until it broke
It was a real favorite until it broke after four months. I used it three or four times a week, not heavily. Chopping things for salsa use. Onions, garlic, peppers, tomatoes. It was brilliant, easy to clean and store. But, too good to be true. The string-pull started to stick, then it got stuck and I couldn’t free it. And at the same time, the bowl cracked at the top. In the garbage. But, it was so good for those few months, I’m considering getting a new one. $12 for four months might be worth it.
