An innovative elite-tier pan: multifunctional, beautiful and high performance
This pan has seriously changed the game for me.To pre-face, Iâve never bought a high-end pan before. The Always was a long awaited splurge for me and it was 100% worth it.Right from getting it out of the box I was impressed. The blue salt shade is stunning and looks super sleek. Love the additional accessories too, everything felt very bespoke and beautiful. Presentation was truly a 10 out of 10.That being said, I was a little anxious about performance (in my experience, itâs just about impossible to find cookware that looks good and is also functional lol). But the best part? This pan does everything, and it works like a dream from the built-in colander to the premium field to the nonstick. I made some scrambled eggs and sautéed veggies for my first run, and then nonstick is no joke. The eggs slid right off, no sticking at all. Cleanup was a breeze, too, which is a huge win in my book.Another thing â Itâs oven safe up to 450°F. Crispy chicken thighs from the stove to the oven all in one pan? Yeah, Iâll take it. One of the main pushing factors for me was the fact that this pan is supposed to âreplace to 10 pieces of cookwareâ. Itâs supposed to braise, sear, steam, strain, sauté, fry, boil, bake, and sit pretty. And it does!The only test Iâve yet to give it is the test of time, but for now, I am through all that this new addition to my kitchen and genuinely surprised at all the pans (and trays and pots even) That itâs replaced. I wasnât expecting such a high-level of value, but the Always Pan has seriously been a game changer. For anyone reading this, just go for it! Love this pan. Keep it on my stove. Is so pretty. Doesnt stick, easy to wash. Wooden spatula sits on the pot. Has an added steamer basket if u want to steam vegetables which i do. Am looking at add on pans for my future use.

Itâs big, itâs deep , itâs heavy, comes indifferent colors (mine is the charcoal) and the best of all nothing sticks in this pan. You can wipe it out with a paper towel, give it a quick wash in the sink and itâs cleanâ¦pretty neat eh?

This is my second Always Pan (my first of the 2.0 series) and let me tell you – I am an Always Fan! The pan delivers on its promises & then some:- beautiful non-stick – and non-toxic, which was super important to me. Probably the biggest aspect of this purchase for me (the prettiness of the pan is a bonus). I researched a bunch of non PFOA options and have tried a few. This is by far the best I have found.- cleans very easily & easy to take care of – just follow the care instructions that come with the pan.- the steamer basket is a nice option, I use primarily for steamed veggies & noodles. It can be stored in the pan when itâs time to put it away which makes it very space-efficient.- I love the built in spoon rest, makes everything tidier and easier- a great option for small spaces (hello NYC apartment) because it houses itâs steamer & spoon. And itâs so cute that I often keep it out on the stove on display!- the color options are such a neat aspect. I tend to prefer the darker colors because I am a messy cook. The blue salt is really rich and Iâm very pleased with how it looks IRL. I love to match it to my dish towels and oven mitts.- bonus: I also love the Our Place company in general, theyâre all about community, culture and coming together around the dinner table.I have an Always Pan from 2 or 3 years ago so I can also speak to how it holds up. I still use my always pan 1.0 all the time. The main reason I got a second pan was because I wanted to get rid of an old sauté pan and still have 2 pans in my rotation (again, small NYC apartment, I have to be judicious with what gets space in my kitchen). I think the other big difference between the original and this version is that this pan can go in the oven which is awesome!!!Of course the pan gets dirty with a lot of use, especially if you crank the heat up past their suggested low-medium threshold (you shouldnât do this, the pan heats beautifully and quickly on low-medium). When my older pan needs a pep-up, I put a bit of baking soda in and add water and heat it slightly then scrub with a SOFT natural sponge. Iâve used my original pan probably nearly every day for a few years and it is definitely well-loved, but still nice enough to keep out on the stovetop if I feel like seeing a pop of green in my kitchen.Overall, I really like this pan and it hasnât let me down yet! Highly suggest if youâre looking for a chic, non-toxic, well-designed & well-functioning pan.

The color is very nice, the pan itself w the stirring spatula that sits in the handle is very efficient. Iys not a heavy pan, the lid fits over the handle and stirring spatula very nicely. And it comes w a steaming basket!! All this and its not a heavy pan. The handle does not get hot. It does not stick, cleaning was a snap. Easy to use, preheat your pan as instructed – cook and it can go into the oven. The pan is as described. A beautiful addition to my cooking pans.

Buy it asap!! This is a great pan and it comes with a wooden spatula and a steel steamer inside. It is great, durable and multi-use. I ordered the color blue and it also looks so pretty!! I have had many compliments about the color already. I ordered the size medium and as a student who live alone, I find the size to be just right for me. Also, it is cool that it has a little button to hold the Aprilâs while cooking and that helps keep the kitchen clean too!!10/10 would recommend!It is also very easy to use. Great value for money!!

I love the weight of this pan, its excellent non-stick properties, the size of the pan, the evenness of the heating. I tossed several old non-stick pans with their scratched coatings & replaced with this one beautiful & useful pan. My cooking has slowed a little because this pan can only be used on medium heat. But the evenness and excellent surface makes cooking a joy. The colours are also lovely – I bought Spice and love it.
