This is good since you don’t want something chemical next to hot food, but it also can only be surfaced cleaned and not soaked or dishwasher cleaned. Treat it as you would a wooden spoon or cutting board… Pros: cute and able to tuck away or set on the counter next to the coaster. Plus a generous gap between the tweezer ears for grabbing. Cons: tips over easily and doesn’t always sit on flat base as pictured due to small base. (Mine naps on it’s back a lot.) 😉
