Works perfectly- just as described!
Very powerful for blending or crushing. I haven’t use the food processor yet, but I’m glad to replace 2 machines with this one on my counter. Check height to be sure it fits under any cupboard that might be above it. I’d definitely recommend.
Joe I find it very effecient with plenty of water so far, easy to install, compared to other units it saves a lot of water to make RO. –
This unit was wired backwards, after reversing the f and r it worked great.
It helps to have this when you don’t have teeth.

Malfunctioning unit
I really wanted to love this thing. I had given away my food processor unit and thought this would be a nice option and space saver. In theory, it was a good fit. When I received it, I noticed that the food processor part was not working properly. Specifically, the blades would not spin in the correct direction to cut/slice/chop anything. Twice I attempted to have Oster replace the base which was the problem and twice they sent me the wrong parts. The third time, I tried a different method to help them understand what the problem was. They asked me to send back my unit, which was not a problem. They sent me a replacement unit which works well, but does not have the slicing disc for the food processor⦠ughhhhh! Iâve got 80% of a product that I paid 100% for. At this point, they have stopped communicating with me about missing partsâ¦, but I didnât pack it!

Muy buen diseño minimalista
Compré esta nueva licuadora para cambiar la que actualmente tengo por 15 años y todavÃa funciona de la misma marca Oster. Me encantó el diseño, es fácil de utilizar con ese diseño minimalista. Lo único que no me gustó es que cuando hago una batida, la leche se chorea por la parte de abajo de la tapa entre el sello y la cuchilla, hay un situación con el acople, se hace mucho sucio cuando estas sirviendo la bebida. También la tapa del vaso creo que es mejor el diseño anterior, que tiene un pequeño gancho para poder sacar la tapa y además sirve para ajustar la rosca de la base de la cuchilla en la parte inferior. Otro punto es que el motor no dice la potencia en la parte inferior y tampoco lo dice en ningún parte de la caja, tengo que confiar en que es de 1,200 watts. Mi antigua licuadora lo indica y todas las que veo en el mercado y de la misma marca Oster, no se por qué este motor no lo indica. Por el resto el producto es excelente y lo recomiendo, si ajustan estos puntos que mencioné le darÃa las 5 estrellas.

Absolutely Love it
I was in search for a good blender and Im so happy I came across this one. My hubby is a gym freak and he makes his protein shakes on daily basis. And this blender works great for that. It is pretty loud though. The motor on this bad boy is very strong and durable. So far we are really enjoying this blender.

Leaks
I wish the other reviewers mentioned that this blender leaks a lot. I purchased this Oster over my previous Oster I loved because of the design, 2 in 1 and the watts were very similar. Two issues I have with this blender. It leaks a lot and the top cover seal is hard to put on and take off. Also no instructions on how to setup food processor is frustrating.

Agárrala por que se te va! Demasiada potencia, hasta ganas de echarle a los niños de mi vecina. Brutal la potencia. El filo de las navajas del procesador de alimento son de cuidado.Además súper bonita. La compré porque hay pocas opciones de vasos de 3lts con esta potencia y que no sean profesionales que cuestan un ojo de la cara.Hice unos smoothies de chupete, las margaritas al centavo, jajaja no le echo piedras porque creo que me rompen el vaso, pero seguro las hace polvo.OJO: Ni en la página de oster.com ni en la de oster.com.mx existe esté producto, tampoco hay manuales en lÃnea. A saber en dónde puedan llegar a dar soporte sobre el producto o esa descontinuado, pero no hay forma de encontrarlo en tiendas oficiales de oster.

Por ese precio es un buen producto, pero tiene problemas de diseño imperdonables en un producto Oster, como que el empaque del vaso derrama lÃquidos si no es colocado y apretado en extremo.Por lo demás, funciona muy bien.
