Good product
I had another toaster by Oster and it lasted like 8 years (and technically it still works). So, I definitely wanted to buy another one from Oster. This one toasts perfectly. It’s a very sleek design. I love it as much as the first one. I got this one on Black Friday sales, so it’s definitely worth the price!

Good while it lasted
Iâve had this for only a couple of months and one side has broken. Not sure how but itâs bent inside and the bread/bagel gets stuck if you use it.

Unbelievably bad
See the pictures. The lower portions burn, and the upper portions donât toast at all. The pictures are on setting 2.5/7, and I removed the bagel as soon as it pops. Iâve tried bread, using and not using the bagel button, and different numbers (although never higher than 4 because of how badly things burn at lower settings). I canât believe I have to replace a practically new toaster. I know itâs cheap, but it should at least produce passable toast. If you like half burnt/half untoasted bread and bagels, this is for you!
