Excellent quality
This is a very nice, well crafted bread knife. Cuts through my sourdough like butter. I like that this allows me to cut items my bread bow can’t necessarily handle, like bread bowls and it enables me to get a perfect shot of the crumb. It comes with a hard protective case too, which I appreciate so no one is losing a finger pulling it out of the drawer and it can’t get dulled down. It feels right in my hand too, which is fabulous. I’d definitely buy it again if needed.

It’s a heavy, substantial 10″ blade knife, so with the handle is longer than advertised. I like the heft of it very much but smaller hands may prefer a shorter blade knife. Very sharp, cut not just through bread with ease & without tearing, but all the other things I tried it on. Would recommend wholeheartedly for those who want a knife that is solid, weighty and sharp.

Incredible knife for the price.
I recently started baking sourdough and was struggling to cut the loaves into sandwich slices. This knife made it incredibly easy, it is super sharp, and makes clean cuts. I cut the boule in half, then make slices across both halves together in record time without a guide. This has been great for sandwiches, toast, grilled cheese, etc. it even made it easy to cut the grilled cheese into lengthwise strips for dipping. Really impressed with it!
