Absolutely Gorgeous
This Amber color is beautiful. The dishes arrived packed perfectly, none were chipped, scratched or broken. They are heavy but not too heavy just very good quality. The bottoms havenât been glazed so I wonât be using them in the microwave nor the dishwasher. The vibrant color and lips on these make serving saucy dishes awesome!! The sizes of the bowls and plates are great too. You can use them all of the two larger or smaller ones. This is worth the extra money for the quality of the dishes.

Beautiful and durable not too heavy
Really nice set. Fits my decor perfectly. Like the rim on it ,elevates the look. Not too heavy. Washed well in dishwasher, however rim causes it not to fit easily on the rack but works ok. Recommend the set overall.

Absolutely stunning!
I bought this dishware set for my mom.. however, once I saw them, I knew I needed a pair for myself! The orange rust colored glaze is beautiful! The dishes are also quite heavy, so they feel very luxurious especially for the price. The size of the dishes are perfect as well. I love that you get 4 different sizes of bowls/plates so itâs perfect for every occasion. Just from the few times weâve used the dish set so far, it really has held up well. Thereâs still no visual blemishes from what we can tell. Overall a great purchase!!!!

LOVE THESE DISHES!!
Worked myself into analysis paralysis due to some of the negative reviews on here and really hesitated on this purchase. I should not have been worried. I love these dishes more than I even thought I would! They are heavy to hold and feel high quality! They appear organic and hand made without being too sloppy and uneven looking like some sets I viewed. Iâve only washed them a handful of times so far, and I make sure to wash them on normal cycle and not high heat just to be safe. Thatâs not a big deal for me because I rinse my dishes thoroughly before I put them in the dishwasher anyway so a heavy duty wash isnât needed. I also use the dishwasher drying function with no problem, I guess itâs not super hot. I did notice it takes a little bit longer to heat stuff in the microwave in these because the material of the dishes absorb some of the heat and they also get hot to the touch. But the extra time needed is less than a minute and I always have a microwave safe silicone mat or bowl hugger in there anyway so it is a non-issue for me.

Very sturdy and cute
I am not the biggest Oprah fan, but this is a good set of plates. The upper fold that creates a sort of bowl-like shape to everything is so handy for preventing spills! They are a nice weight too and very beautiful.

Stunning dinnerware
Packaged very well; all arrived in perfect condition. The dinnerware is gorgeous. Size of plates is great and has two different bowl sizes. Can easily see why this dinnerware is one of Oprah’s Favorite Things. It will be one of your favorite things too. It’s art you can eat off of. Nice that they plant a tree for every set sold. I bought two sets–service for 8. I’m also going to buy the serving bowl and serving tray.

Took a gamble on the burnt orange and I’m so glad i did, they are just beautiful. Dinnerset came well packaged and protected. Plates are heavy, well made, love the shape.So happy!

Bottom of dishes will destroy (scratch) your table and countertops, and they are FRAGILE!!
A few things to note:1) The bottoms of these dishes are not glazed like the rest of the surfaces! They are sand paper on the bottom and will scratch the he$$ out of your tables and counters (and the arm on a leather recliner) if moved while resting on a surface.2) They are not easy to stow because of how thick they are (we had to stow plates sideways to fit our cupboards, which required modifications to keep them from rolling).3) These are very fragile. We’ve only had the set for a month and already two of the bowls have cracked. The problem is we can’t just order single replacements, so this might have been a wasted $175 experiment (we bought two sets).Previous to this we had Williams and Sonoma sets that were given to us as wedding gifts 30 years ago and almost none of those broke, we just wanted new dishes. Now we regret donating all that. Sadly, we learned the lesson you get what you pay for.If I could return both sets I would, but I don’t have the boxes or the packing material, and I think I’m out of the return window by a couple weeks… :-(They look really cool and we loved the high sides to keep food contained, but I can’t recommend these unless you really just like the style and don’t mind breakage and scratching your wood table & granite counter tops…Update since writing this review: Two more dishes have broken and one has chipped. These are disposable plates that this point. The dishwasher will break them just from the water pressure pushing them around against each other. Changed to ONE start. DON’T BUY (the whole Oprah thing is bull).

The dish set is nice. Slightly darker than the picture. However, they weren’t so great in our dishwasher. The side plates were a bit large and only fit where the main plates go; and the smaller bowls fit awkwardly and took up a ton of space.
