The egg whisk is a good size and functions as described. Even though the instructions suggest breaking yolks first, it worked well for whole yolks. The circular design causes food to be held in each of the wire loops. Depending on how deep the product is, some food may lodge on the top center, but it’s easily rinsed off.

This Danish Dough Whisk performs well. Its quality is in upper mid-tier level. The wooden handle gives better grip and has two eye robust wire gauge. It does job in a mins. and I am really pleased with its performance. For me it turns the tedious task of mixing dough into a fun and efficient process. Though it is easy to wash in dishwasher or by hands, just pay little attention to clean in area of tight wire to clean any residue of dough for hygienic.
