A nice, solid, evenly-weighted paring knife. I appreciate the textured grip, which makes it more comfortable to hold, even when wet. It’s a nice size; not too small. It came slightly dull. I haven’t had a chance yet to sharpen it, so I can’t comment yet on edge retention, but will come back and update after I do.
