Small but keeps egg shape nicely and cooks ok. As it is somewhat thin on the bottom surface one needs to keep heat low as eggs can easily get burned.

Near perfect little pan…
A near perfect little pan for my single burner induction stove. True, though the discription states cast iron (it’s not) and it’s for baking (wouldn’t suggest it), i like the porvided photos that show what tools to use with the pan as well as the surfaces it can be used on. Hard to go wrong. The only issue i had is with the deeper then I’m use to pan lip, getting my spatula under to flip a sunny side egg sometimes I instead folded the egg. I did figuer out to lift the pan when flipping to move the pan along with the spatula and angle the pan to catch the egg. (video would be nice – don’t have one). AND… today I realized I can fit TWO of these pans on my single burner. Normally I was first heating up some potatoes while making coffe, and then plate the potatoes or grits or whatever and then fry an egg. With a second pan I can reheat and fry at the same time. Yay! I’ll take the win, even on something as innocous as a fry pan. Have fun.

Great product
I have one of these I bought in 2017. Back then, finding induction was a lot harder and I paid $15 for it. The coating has been coming off for a while and with the mindset that it would be too hard to find a replacement, I haven’t looked in a while. I had a gift card and was looking for stuff to spend it on and thought about looking for another induction egg pan. I found this one and am I ever happy I did. It’s way better than the old one and almost half the price. Deeper, heavier and the lid I bought at the thrift store fits it even better. I could, conceivably cook something more than just an egg. I have been disappointed over and over again lately with stuff I buy. Quality just doesn’t seem to matter anymore. It remains to be seen if this pan will hold up but so far, I’m definitely not disappointed with this purchase.
