This is good but not great
The can opener worked to open the first can. It completely removes the lid of the can. It makes a lot of noise and wobbles a lot. It takes a few seconds to remove the lid so long as the can opener is positioned correctly. Itâs sharp but a bit wonky. It saved my hands from all the pressure of manually opening I got but definitely gave me a headache instead. I donât love it and donât hate it either. It requires AA batteries. I think the motor once refined could make this a much better product!!

So easy to use
I bought this product because I keep having openers that break and donât work properly. I have used this for a month now and completely love it, easy to use and no sharp edges on the top

No Auto Stop & Weak Magnet
I recently ordered the electric can opener to replace an old metal pair of manual openers that I’ve had for a long time. I like that it attached to the can and you can just press the button to get it started. The description says it will auto stop but mine just kept going until I intervened. The magnet is not strong enough to lift the can lid when finished, which is messy. I giving two stars since it doesn’t auto stop or lift the lids as described and expected.

Makes opening cans a breeze, even if a noisy one
This one-touch electric can opener is quite easy to operate, though I admit I misread the instructions initially, thinking that I had to hold the button for several seconds for it to start working (hence why I’m pressing the button for several seconds in the video). You simply put it on a can while ensuring that the rim of it is positioned in the groove at the bottom of the can opener. Then, you just press and hold the button on top to start it. As shown in the video, it will start pretty quick so you don’t need to keep holding the button like I did. It then proceeds to cut open the can; interestingly enough, it cuts the lid of the can from the side and not from the top on the inside like a traditional can opener.Keep in mind that it can make a little bit of a mess, especially if the contents of the can are liquid and filled near the brim. The magnet on the bottom of the can opener is supposed to hold the can lid as you take the unit off, but I found it to be rather weak and it didn’t really keep the lid attracted at all. It may depend on the size of the can, however.Overall, I find this automatic can opener to be a nice addition to my kitchen gadgets, and my grandmother especially finds it useful since opening cans with the can opener can be a challenge for her. This makes it substantially easier!
