Perfect Insert for my Ninja Air Fryer
I purchased this to use in my Ninja AF101 air fryer instead of getting silicone or paper liners. Paper liners are a fire hazard and alot of silicone liners seem to lose their shape and flop inward on the sides. My biggest concern with silicone liners is the safety of the material they’re made of.
I’m so glad I kept looking and found this pan. It fits perfectly down inside the fryer basket & I place it right on top of the fryer plate at the bottom. It cooks much better on top of the plate because the air can then circulate underneath and around the space on the sides. This pan also has a nice depth to it, holds alot of food and it keeps any oil, drippings and crumbs contained. I preheat the fryer with this in there, add my food, turn it back on & let the air fryer do its thing. Cook time is much faster and food comes out perfectly crispy. I always use silicone tongs to turn & remove food because this pan will scratch. Cleanup after cooking is super easy. Absolutely zero mess inside the fryer basket or on the plate. Nothing sticks to or burns onto this pan either, so all I have to do let it cool down, wash it out with soap & water and dry it in the dish rack. After, it can be stored back inside the air fryer.
I have no idea about how this works in the oven or an Instapot, but I can definitely recommend it for air fryers!! Measure the width & depth of your fryer basket first (with the plate in) to make sure this fits inside your model of fryer.

Perfect in a Ninja Foodi Deluxe Multicooker
I didn’t have any baking type pans for my 8qt Ninja Foodi Deluxe Multicooker. I wanted something that I could use to bake a cake or make a casserole. I appreciate the quality of Instapot accessories so when I saw that they made a cake pan I thought I’d try it. Right away I was impressed at how sturdy and well made they were. There’s a nice heft to them and a thickness that I think will prevent uneven heating and keep food from burning on the bottom before it’s cooked through. I bought 2 so that I could use them both at the same time (one after the other really). I tried them out by making some baked penne. Cheese, penne, sauce, herbs, spices and more cheese. If anything could test how easy these are to clean a nice cheesy baked pasta could do it! The pasta cooked evenly and the pan fit perfectly in my Foodi Deluxe Multicooker. I used a silicone sling under it so I could lift it out easily. I’m not sure how you’d get it out without using some sort of sling to be honest. I hand wash my cookware and clean up was super easy. The nonstick coating was excellent; no baked on cheese stuck and it had no sauce stains. The pans looked as nice and new as they had when I took them out of their packaging. I’m super satisfied with my purchase and I can’t wait to use them to bake something else. My husband has been requesting brownies so I think that’ll be the next use I find for these pans. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for well made baking pans.

Excellent quality, and two fit my large air fryer oven
My goal is to bake at least a two layer cake in my large air fryer oven, and get rid of my large gas stove. I began to get more realistic, and saw that even 8 inch cake pans would not work, so I was able to find these 7 1/2 inch pans in Instant Pot’s accessory store. In a way, I really like turning out smaller layer cakes. I used to specialize in 3 layer 9 inch cakes, and I have a beautiful set of pans, but the cakes are so huge that the family takes several days to finish one. Of course with COVID, we stopped having company, and now that COVID is pretty much over for our vaccinated family and friends, I suppose we could start again, but somehow, life doesn’t seem as if it’s going to return to normal! Maybe smaller cakes are our new future.
Actually, since I have a smaller air fryer on a different electrical plug, if I want a third layer for these smaller cakes, I can bake the third layer there. One way or another, these are excellent pans, and are very deep. Another possibility, since the pans are so tall, if you want more layers is to make sure you have plenty of batter, split the layers and actually come out with a very impressive 4 layer cake! Although I did put parchment in these pans and apply a little grease, they were fairly “non-stick” and also washed up beautifully in the dish washer. My one request would be that they would sell them in a set of three.
