Looks awesome but poor packaging allowed it to arrive broken.
Arrived today. Box was in tact. But their packaging was not adequate to allow it to arrive safely. Box is light cardboard and only taped. No foam padding used inside. The bottom edge of the lift point was bent up on one side and the weld was fractured. So o repackaged it best I could and am sending it back. It looks like a great unit. But if they cannot get it to me unbroken then what good is it. I may try to contact them and explain problem then reorder.Update. I contacted the manufacturer. They said Amazon boxes the items to go out to customers, it them. So thatâs why it arrived broken. Amazon didnât pack it right. They said they have heard this problem from others purchasing from Amazon. I looked it up on Home Depot. $56 cheaper and I used ship to store. It arrived to the store in perfect shape. Hopefully I just got unlucky with whoever packaged mine. Other reviews are high. I raised my review to 5 stars because the product is excellent. Wide wheels. Strong. Well designed to be used for the intended purpose.

New unit arrived timely fashion but was damaged. One of the wheels was cracked and miss8ng chunks on the inner bearing area, making tool useless. Reached out to support for how to address warranty, and receive prompt reply! After sending some pictures of the goods, the worked with me to address the problem! Wonderful communication and service !! I expect to receive a new replacement assembly in a few days….will update then. Olympia tools is a company to work with!

Terrible piece of equipment
This dolly broke after one use. One of the straps broke the first time I tightened it. One of the wheels fell off loading the second item I used it for. Terrible workmanship. Do not buy this. Also cannot be returned.

I am sure it would be fine if I could use it but it falsely claims to be aluminum and to weigh only 24 lbs. I willingly paid 100 more because of that reason, I needed something easier to handle when getting it in and out of my car. When it was delivered I realized that lifting it into my car was near impossible for me. It weighs almost 70 lbs. Now I am trying to get it returned but I can’t get it to UPS in my car and I don’t want to leave it outside for a pickup and have it go missing.

Heavy Duty Dolly
This thing is heavy…and heavy duty. Two adjustable straps that half plastic buckles and the dolly is roughly 5 1/2 feet tall. I moved a 400 lbs safe easily. Works well.Only issue was the packaging. The box was destroyed when it arrived.Edit 1: So…just moved 990 miles across country and I used the dolly for some heavy lifting. Problem: the upper strap broke at the sewed seams after cranking it down on a tool box. It caused my box to slam to the ground, which wasn’t nice to pick up. I’ll have to re-stitch it to get it back on the dolly. Until then, I only have the lower strap.The straps do need more heavy duty seams…
