Awesome Bowl
I use this for making bread and it works great. It is very solid and well made. I would definitely buy this again when needed. Very happy with this purchase.

Love These Bowls!
I love that these bowls are lead and cadmium free, locally made in Ohio, and have the same beautiful look as the vintage mixing bowls. They are heavy, sturdy, and excellent quality. These are mixing bowls that will last for years and can be passed down through the family. Iâve purchased 3 sizes and find each useful for different things. I much prefer these to the plastic ones in many stores and I think theyâre well worth the price. If youâre considering purchasing, I would highly recommend them.

solid earthenware bowl
To use for bread making, salads, and anything needing a large bowl. Has colonial look that I love. Sturdy and attractive.

Well crafted stoneware bowls.
In my opinion, you can’t go wrong purchasing any Ohio Stoneware bowls. They are nicely made, heavy with unglazed bottoms. I’ve made lots of ceramics and find these to be some of the best out there. Highly functional and exactly what you need when you are cooking from scratch. The 10″ bowl is heavy and with the bottom unglazed it will stay in place while mixing smaller batches of bread or batter. I LOVE that they are still made in U.S. with lead-free glaze. I highly recommend. Thank you Ohio Stoneware!

Perfect size for mixing homemade bread dough. Great value for the money1
My favorite bowl for mixing my sourdough bread! It’s nice and heavy so it doesn’t slide around on the counter. Easy to maintain. Made in my home state of Ohio so extra special for me! Exceptional quality and it looks beautiful!

Not wrapped well for shipping and bowl is not as well made and sturdy as they used to be
This is the second time I have ordered this bowl. It has been broken both times. I went to UPS today as I returned the first one which I have a receipt for but hasnât showed up as acknowledged return. This is frustrating as it is an expensive mixing bowl. It is not wrapped adequately for shipping plus itâs not as sturdy a stoneware bowl as I would have expected. Disappointing

Perfect size bowl
Love everything about this bowl. Itâs well made and looks beautiful Perfect size for mixing and serving. I like the weight of it, itâs not too heavy but doesnât tip over or move. Also it keeps the food warm. The packing it came in was meticulous, I could have dropped it 5 feet and it would not have broken. So happy with this purchase

Cooking bowl
The quality of this bowl is better than any that I have ever owned. I’m really impressed with the weight and size. I highly recommend it.

I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. Ohio Stoneware makes outstanding products but if the shipper is incompetent then it’s useless. There was barely any packing material in the box (one sheet of bubble wrap on the bowl and one small sheet of air cell on the top only) and the item was smashed into shards. I recommend Ohio Stoneware to anyone but I will not recommend getting it from this distributor as they obviously have not concept on how to pack fragile items (not even a fragile sticker on the box!) I get fine China and crystal shipped from all over North America and Europe with no damage because they take the time to pack properly. This poor job shows no respect for the item or the customer.
