Finally, perfect pie and crust
I’ve been in search of the perfect pie pan for a while now. This pan is fabulous. So much so, that I went back and bought 2 more: a second one for me and one for my mom. :)Reasons why I love it so much:(1) Its stainless steel. With all the concerns and questions surrounding aluminum, I’ve been searching for a steel pan for my baking. This is beautiful, perfect, non-reactive stainless steel. That also means crusts will be crispier. No more soggy bottom pies for me.(2) Its an excellent value. At that time I purchased these items, I don’t think I paid anything in the double digits for them, which is astonishing, given the high quality and material used.(3) Easy to clean. Its metal. Not porcelain or glass. Its a cinch to clean and no worries about needing to be extra careful when tossing it onto my baking pan shelf.Love it.Happy Baking!

This is my go-to pie pan. It may not be decorative but thereâs three things I really like about it:1. It is a 9 inch pan but the angle of the side is better than most 9 inch pie pans. It is slightly deeper, but still angled. It does not act like a deep dish, just a better normal pie plate.2. It is very sturdy so it holds up, and because its stainless steel it stays shiny and doesnât get dull or gray. (I donât put it in dishwasher)3. And finally it has that little flat lip on the edge which allows you to pinch the foil edging to it. You pinch the foil to that flat lip, and then bring it up and over the crust. The foil never has to touch the crust AND MOST IMPORTANTLY the foil stays put. It doesnât fall off or shift.Well worth the money in my pie making book.

Love the pan but not the crust shield.
This stainless steel pie pan was perfect. My pies have turned out great. It cleans easily and I am veery happy with it. At the same time I bought their 9â pie crust should. My thought was their product should of course fit. Nope the 9â pie shield is too small for their 9â pan. .

I bought to use as camping plate.
Very sturdy, great size, and easy to clean. Great to use as is mostly non stick. Quality steel not flimsy steel. I would like a little more flat with a little less angle to fit around my skillet, but that is not its intended purpose.

This steel pie pan was recommended on a baking site, so I gave it a try. It really made a difference in my baking results on a pecan pie. The pie crust did not get soggy because the metal transmitted heat perfectly. And the edges of the pie crust were an appetizing light brown. Iâm very pleased with this product.
