Beautiful muffin pan except for the scratches
Sounds silly but this is beautiful bakeware! The only issue was that it was scratched on one end on the edge and around one of the cups. Maybe being too picky but I did pay $18 for a muffin pan and would like for it to start out unscratched. I had an aluminum muffin pan that I used for 20+ years and it was my favorite. Finally I had to throw it away since it was not the quality of Nordic Ware. A lot of difference in the final product when using aluminum rather than the other things available. It is quite heavy and very well made and I look forward to using it. I will update my review after baking and I will be buying other Nordic ware items as well.Would definitely recommend their products!

I love these pans
I decided it was time to get better quality cookware. I love the color of the raw aluminum and it helps me keep track of how clean the pans are. Having a uniform and clean surface is important for consistency in the finished cook. The aluminum is very sturdy and works extremely well. The aluminum is perfect for my cooking style which allows for a little longer cook time at a lower, consistent heat. The only thing to be aware and cautious of is how easy they can scratch each other if slid into a stack. I just gently stack them rather than forcing metal to slide on metal. I find that the aluminum does an excellent job to create an easy surface to remove food from.

I love Nordicware’s aluminum bakeware. Food bakes beautifully, and they’re easy to clean with no sticking. Food sticks to bakeware with “nonstick” coatings far worse than this plain aluminum, and with this bakeware you’re not interesting carcinogens and forever chemicals.

Very well made
I like to make yeasted refrigerator rolls. The pan cooks evenly as aluminum does and I believe it has a surface coating as do Crown Cake pans. The rolls come out risen, fluffy and brown-topped. I use vegetable shortening (the old way) and the rolls remove easily.Remember! It is aluminum so NEVER put in the dishwasher — hand wash only. Chlorine in the dishwashing soap and aluminum make nasty bedfellows and the chemical reaction is irreversible.

Almost Exactly What I’ve Been Looking For
Years ago at a garage sale I found a pair of muffin pans that had 9 cups in each pan, so they made 18 muffins in a size between regular and mini muffins. I still have those, but they have a seam/ridge around each cup, and I’ve been hoping to find a similar size that is easier to clean. The cups in this pan are a little wider and shallower, but they’re the closest I’ve found.I use these for muffins, not cupcakes, so I don’t care if there are no liners that fit. I like the crust on muffins and liners make the crusts soft.So,Pros:- More crust in proportion to the middles- Easy to clean- Nordic Ware quality, so they should last forever- They are the right size and shape to make tea cakesCons:- If you’re trying to make cupcakes there aren’t many liners that will fit- Almost too shiny, so it’s harder to get the crusts brown, but that should improve with time- So shallow that it’s hard to split the muffins open for buttering- Since the cups are all in one pan it’s harder to turn them out, it needs a large platter or a sheet pan

These are great! I don’t say that lightly. Heavy, cooks perfectly and easy to clean. I spray with pan spray (I don’t use cupcake liners) and so far nothing sticks and everything has turned out perfectly. Would recommend.

Iâve been searching for a standard size 12-cup muffin pan that can fit my countertop Breville oven. This one does it. There is not much space between the cups but enough rooms to grow tall muffin tops. Now I donât need to heat up the whole kitchen with the full-size oven any more.Iâm surprise there is no Nordic logo on the pan but it feels and holds well like my other Nordic pans. Itâs not so heavy but not flimsy at all, no warping so far. Since itâs not coated steel like most pans on the market, it wonât get rusted. There is NO seams around the cups so no crumb, food getting stuck in crevices. That makes easy clean up. A quick hand-wash (since itâs aluminum) is all it needs. I pop it back to the warm oven to dry the pan quicker.Iâm going to get another one when itâs on sales so I don’t have to wait for the pan to cool down. You canât go wrong with Nordic pans.

Excelente, es un molde robusto y bonito. Hornie de maravilla mis primeras mantecadas. La limpieza súper fácil (utilicé capacillos). Lo único que puedo reprochar es que tenÃa unos pequeños arañazos, aunque este detalle me pareció insignificante considerando el propósito del molde.
The hose is very thin plastic and arrived cracked which resulted in urine all over my carpet. How was I to know to check them. Annoyed, frustrated, disappointed. The bottle and other parts are very well made. Shame. I purchased 4 and 2 were cracked. –
