I use this for my toaster oven to catch the butter dripping off my toast; it slides under the wire. I have used several different ones, and this is my favorite. All the others end up with stains that after awhile, do not come off. These are great! They may be more pricy that most but end up being the best for the price due to their longevity and ease of maintenance.

I have used many pans similar to this in my toaster ovens. In need of new ones, I did some research and found the Nordic Ware Naturals baking sheets are very highly rated. OK, I ordered two. So why am NOT completely happy? The picture on the listing shows a hole in one end of the sheet. I am accustomed to hanging my small pans. But WHERE IS THE HOLE? It seems to have escaped from these pans! Now this is not a deal-breaker, but please make your photos accurately depict the items.

Great brand but overpriced.
So this thing is tiiiny. My bad for not reading the dimensions right. I thought I was replacing a bigger Nordic ware sheet pan that had been put in the dishwasher too many times by a well-meaning significant other. Despite its size, it’s a very good pan and I’ve found a surprising amount of uses for it. It’s pretty much perfect size for reheating most leftovers and toasting sandwiches. So quality is 4.5 stars, but for 10 bucks, this is way overpriced considering the half sheet pans are only a couple bucks more.

and a fantastic roll recipe
This Nordic Ware baking sheet was just what I needed to make a batch of homemade yeast rolls. Since yeast rolls are a rarity anymore except for Thanksgiving and Christmas due to the demands of work, and since I have just retired, although I already had two of these sheets, I bought two more, and at all reunions and other get togethers, I have decided to take yeast rolls every time. I have the time to bake now, and a fantastic roll recipe. And if these yeast rolls are a hit, which I think they will be, I will never need to decide what to make at all the get togethers again. These baking sheets really bake yeast rolls nice and evenly, that’s for sure!
