Expected Nordic ware great quality
Made a cranberry orange loaf. The loaf came out easily and the design was clear. Received many compliments both on the looks and taste of the loaf! Cleaning was very easy. The pan itself is of typical of good Nordic ware quality. Would definitely recommend.

This is such a nice loaf pan. It’s heavy, beautifully non stick and cleans easily. Not to mention, than anything you bake in it becomes a showstopping centerpiece.

TO ALL THE CRY BABIES OUT THERE: I didn’t get the “gold” one I ordered, it looks smaller than I thought – there is absolutely NO DIFFERENCE between the Graphite & Gold as they are both high quality aluminum baking pans that hold 6 cups. The recipe provided on Nordic Ware’s site for this pan makes a cake that when it’s finished baking, has a very large belly that you can either leave alone or cut off with a very sharp knife when cool, the cake will then be able to sit flat on a plate. The bump, as I call it, can be sliced and served separately. The cake design is really beautiful and also use the glaze instructions to coat the cake.>>In the nooks and grannies, the best way to clean these areas out is to use a regular toothbrush that has stiff bristles. A lot of the times the batter sticks in these areas and even with a moderate soaking the baked in batter doesn’t come loose unless you use a toothbrush, yes an ordinary hard-medium toothbrush. DO NOT USE STEEL WOOL OR ANY ABRASIVE MATERIAL TO FREE THESE BAKED ON PIECES OF BATTER it will ruin the inner coating of the pan. Use really hot water and some dishwashing liquid and soak for 10 minutes and then use a toothbrush. *****Nordic Ware has a sponge cake spring pan that is Made In China disappointing as it goes against their own creed of only making product in the USA. *****

Perfect for bread
I have used this for banana bread at Christmas. Everyone loved the design. This pan cooks evenly and cleans up easily whether by hand or in the dishwasher. Love Nordic Ware decorative pans. They have a wonderful lineup of designs.

BEAUTIFUL & FANCY!!
OMG!! This pan makes your loaf breads ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! I made apple bread in this pan and as you can see, it’s pretty fancy! (Like me)! This pan will absolutely steal the show at my next brunch or potluck! I used a “bakers” spray (Baker’s Joy or Pam w/flour)… that has flour already in it…sprayed it generously…used a silicone brush to spread to the nooks and crannies…and my apple bread came out PERFECT! To clean, I purchased Nordic Ware’s cleaning brush…it has 2 soft bristle areas on one end and a coated pick on the other! BUY THEM BOTH! You won’t regret it!!

Pretty good pan
This pan is on the small side, but I donât have any complaints about it. The cake came out great. I use a pastry brush make sure I get all of the nooks when I prepare the pan. Itâs a good heavy duty, quality pan. It can be a bit tedious to clean, even with the brush. But if itâs wiped out immediately after use, it cleans pretty easy.

The hardest choice was to decide which cake pan design to purchase.Chose this design & was not disappointed!The cake was gorgeous (used box cake mix). The pan was heavy, sturdy, & well crafted. These cake pans may be a bit expensive but it is worth the investment.Everyone should own at least one!

Used Smitten Kitchen’s Lemon Loaf recipe and used the Jubilee Loaf and Heritage Loaf pans. Using Pam + Flour spray for the pans they came out perfectly. I’ve been using the flour/oil/shortening release for a while but recently have been finding that combo not releasing nicely.As mentioned with the Pam they slid out perfectly after 10 minutes cooling and couldn’t be happier.

Die Backform selbst ist schon sehr schön, man könnte sie grad an die Küchenwand hängen. Das Backergebnis ist prima. Wenn man die Form gut gefettet hat, gleitet der Kuchen sehr leicht heraus und sieht super aus. Macht aus einem einfachen Kastenkuchen ein optisches Highlight auf der Kaffeetafel. Deshalb 5 Sterne trotz des recht hohen Preises. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
