This NordicWare pan is beautiful.
Exquisite, and small, which is nice if you are a small household. Tip to those new to the world of baking with Bundt pans: (1) Use âgoopâ (google it) to ensure the cake will release. (2) DO NOT use an aerosol baking spray, EVER! It will ruin your pan (3) Follow NordicWareâs instructions for the time to allow the cake to cool to ensure smooth release (4) Use a Waterpik to clean out the crevices.

Nonstick aspect is great
This very heavy duty pan makes a beautiful quick bread, making it look like you put more work into than you did. Nonstick aspect is great. I used Bakerâs Joy on it which worked well. (My go-to on greasing pans is Crisco, but I used the BJ spraythis time because I was in a hurry, and it worked fine.) I did use a soft brush and Dawn dish soap to clean it, to make sure I got in all the nooks and crannies without damaging the surface.
