Perfect Size
Made of durable aluminum, it feels sturdy and well-built, ensuring even heat distribution for perfectly baked treats every time. Despite its smaller size, it’s still robust enough to handle everything from cookies and pastries to roasted vegetables and sheet pan dinners. One of the things I love most about this sheet pan is its compact size. It’s perfect for small batch baking or for recipes that don’t require a larger pan. Whether I’m baking cookies for two or reheating leftovers in the oven, this 1/8 sheet pan is just the right size for the job.Additionally, the rimmed edges of the pan are a practical feature that I appreciate. They prevent spills and drips while baking and make it easy to transfer the pan in and out of the oven without worrying about accidents.Cleanup is a breeze with this sheet pan. The nonstick surface ensures that baked goods slide off easily, and any residue wipes away effortlessly with warm, soapy water. Plus, the pan is dishwasher safe for added convenience.

Solid Pan ðð¼
These pans feel very nice and are very sturdy. They are a nice size and stack within the other sizes of the same brand very neatly. They have no issues with warping in the oven or fridge. They do, however stain a little but that doesn’t bother me too much and is just a problem with baking dishes no matter what. In the photo the new one is on the left and one that I have been using for a few months is on the right. If I use an abrasive though the stains come off pretty easily.

GREAT QUALITY
This little sheet pan fits perfectly in my 25 year old Cuisinart toaster oven, which is smaller than the toaster ovens made now, so all the pans made now are too big or they rust. This little pan is easy to clean and has not warped. No rust or deep scratches so far. I have been using it for a year. Itâs very sturdy. Nordic is the best!!

Perfect for food prep or fast chilling fruit/berries
These small 1/8th sheet pans get used almost daily – or anytime I’m making a meal that has food prep. In fact I use them so much I have found myself buying another one, and then another one. This latest is my 4th of the same pan. ;-)While most people use small bowls for food prep, these small sheets have replaced them in my kitchen. I tend to put all the pieces that go into a step together in one of these 1/8 sheets. For example, in the 1st 1/8 sheet I have diced onion, diced carrot, diced celery, in a second one I have sliced peppers, in a third I have cubes of meat, etc. They are also great for fast freezing berries and fruit. I place hulled, washed strawberries that I’m not going to eat now on a sheet, with the berries separated from each other. Because of the small pan size, I can easily find a spot (or spots) in my freezer to fit them. And maybe it’s my imagination because I never actually timed it, but they seem to freeze faster on these 1/8 sheets than on the big 1/2 sheet. Once frozen, I put the berries in a ziploc bag to use for smoothies or shakes at another time. Freezing the berries first on the sheets, makes them a lot easier to retrieve when I take them out of the bag in the freezer for later use.And I use them all the time to hold meat or fish wrapped in butcher’s paper – just in case the meat or fish leaks. I’ve also used them for quick marinades of fish filets in milk. Perfect for that task. They are great as a catch-all to prevent leak spillage in the fridge, or counter, or wherever.I haven’t used them for baking. Not yet, anyway. The rolled edge should prevent them from badly warping. Let’s just say they look at least as sturdy as the 1/2 sheets that are my ‘go-to” for baking.Love them. Would recommend.

Pleasantly Surprised by the Quality
I purchased 3 of these to test out. When they arrived, they were smaller than I had expected. That’s not the vendor’s fault, it’s mine for not paying attention to the dimensions. Having said that, these are a heavier weight and appear to be quality in makeup. I’ve been one of those dollar store pan purchases which was a mistake. The last thing you want to hear in your oven is a pan that pings and warps and then any topping/sauces spill into your oven base. As for the smaller size, my mistake was a good one as these will fit into my air fryer perfectly. I understand that these are dishwasher safe, but with a tarnish result. This will not impact their function and I plan to put them into the dishwasher. I’m not looking for pretty pans, I’m looking for great food! I would purchase again and the price point is swell.

Good 1/8 sheet pan OXO silicone works
This is another quality aluminum 1/8 sheet pan. Aluminum does a good job of transferring heat to cookies and breads. The OXO silicone let you defrost meats on the pan. It is a great addition. Still hoping a regular cooling/baking grid will be made. Easy to clean.Pan is stout. No wire in rim, but rolled edges make it stronger and not warp while cooking.

Muy bonitas pero se me hicieron muy pequeñas para el precio. Aun asà me sirvieron pero sà le erré en el tamaño, pensé que por el precio iban a ser un poco más grandes.

I have a few Nordic ware pieces: large and small trays (like this) and their bundt pans. The quality is great: good weight (not heavy), easy to clean, good quality aluminium heats well, and so very useful for baking and also for freezing fruits and veg to bag up loose. A great kitchen workhorse that we cannot be without.

I never thought I would reach out for this tray everyday. It’s become essential for me. This tray is just the right size, easy to grab, light and sturdy. I don’t only use it for baking small batches but to hold ingredients while weighing. It does everything that a plate could and I can drop it without fearing breakage. I never knew how I survived without this tray!
