Economical and works as it should
My GF used it this last thanksgiving for the turkey. She loved it. Perfect size for her oven and not too heavy by itself. It cooked a good bird with the potatoes, carrots, celery, and spices. Made gravy with the drippings. You can spend more money and get the same results if you want. No doubt itâll do good with a beef or pork roast too. She didnât mention it was hard to clean so I assume that cleaning was easy.
