Worth the splurge if you are debating on this!
I purchased this pan because I wanted something that would cook meats and sausages better than my regular skillet. It’s definitely a noteworthy grill pan for stove top use. My husband and I noticed a total difference in our food after using this pan instead of regular nonstick skillets with flat bottoms. The amount of splatter is much less with this grill pan, but it’s not eliminated & the perforated lid is a nice feature and useful. My pan came with the silicone safety grips intended to be used when grabbing the side handles during cooking (they get very hot just like the pan), but I find them to be somewhat a nuisance because they are too long and the heat generated under the pan still feels hot to your exposed finger/hand tops. I prefer to use my heat gloves for easy grabbing and holding if necessary. Cleaning this grill pan has been super easy too. I just add some water to the pan and put the heat on and “deglaze” the pan and any crusted on drippings first before actually cleaning the pan. After that, it comes completely clean with some soapy suds and warm water. The pan looks exactly like it did new after every wash. I haven’t used the dishwasher with this so I can’t comment on it, but it cleans up so easy with a quick handwash it almost seems unnecessary to throw it in the dishwasher. My little trick for grease is get yourself a used up/empty glass pasta sauce jar or salsa jar and just pour that grease right into it before it hardens. Put the lid on and pop it into the freezer until next time… easy peasy! Definitely buy this pan if you’re looking for a lightweight alternative to cast iron and don’t want to grill outside. I’m happy I bought it and would definitely recommend it to others. Our meats & veggies look and taste like they’ve been grilled which is why we bought this type of pan in the first place. 100% satisfied ð¤

Excellent product! We have cooked vegetables, steaks, chicken that has cooked evenly and nonstick. You can put it in the oven or on the grill. It comes with 2 pot holders, thatâs if the Amazon thiefâs donât take them out! That is where this product has excellent customer service. They replaced them, no questions asked! Fantastic cookware
Best burger cooker ever! I don’t have a great place to grill outdoors, so I’ve been cooking burgers under the broiler. While the burgers are tasty, it smells up the house and often sets off the smoke alarm. I’ve got a pretty heavy-duty stove vent fan, so it’s disappointing that it can’t capture all the smoke from broiling burgers. This pan is a game-changer – I put about a teaspoon of oil in the bottom and pre-heat it for 5-7 minutes on med-high. Slap the burgers in, don’t change the heat setting, pop the lid on, cook for about 6 minutes on each side, and I get perfect “grilled” burgers every time. I have other nonstick pans, but the burgers sit down in their own grease and come out more boiled than grilled (also very greasy). Also, in a standard nonstick pan, either they don’t brown at all, or they burn a little. These are perfectly done without hard crusts (the cancer-causing part), and moist but not greasy. I’m so happy that I splurged and bought this pan! Cleanup is a breeze – let the pan cool, wipe out the bulk of the grease, hit it with hot water and a soapy sponge (no scrubby needed), and every molecule of grease is gone.

This is a great skillet and the lid is even greater. I use it for hot dogs and steaks it’s just like grilling without the bother. You get the lines on your steak and hot dogs like you want them and the flavor is great. As long as you use it as directed with no hotter heat than medium you’ll love it. It’s also very easy to clean up even though I don’t put it in the dishwasher. The lid is metal with all kinds of little holes that keeps the heat in and allows the condensation to escape. I have also used this Skillet to cook a whole meal like quartered potatoes carrots and meat… All at the same time. It talked about using it for pizza and I have tried it but I would rather use a flat bottom skillet for pizza with just a smidgen of oil as it browns the bottom crispy much better.

I like this pan for many reasons. It is lightweight and easy to store in your cupboard. I have an electric stove and it heats evenly on a low setting which means it is economical. All meats taste good and it is so easy to clean.

I bought this on a whim as the price was reasonable and it looked as if it would be a useful pan. Well, my wife discovered it and she uses it all the time. it has an excellent non-stick coating and heats quickly & evenly. It’s great for frying pork chops, hamburgers, or even fish and steaks. the base of the pan interior has a “grill-like” texture so you have to make sure you get the food out of the grooves when cleaning, but its an easy process because of the non-stick coating. A very useful pan for the price and my wife is a very happy camper!

I don’t have an oven so this is life changing. I use it to cook things from frozen, as well as normal frying/ grilling. It’s great that I can finally have pizza at home!! I’ve not had any problems with the lid at all. the rubber has never come off mine (I’ve had it for months now) and it’s never warped.I will echo the warnings that the handles get very hot and you need to use the grips. Hubs unfortunately burned his fingertips on one hand, but after running them under cold water for 20 mins he only had soreness for a day or two so no lasting damage. Lesson learned!
