Non Stick! Rugged! Good Looking! Safe!
We now have the 10 and 12 inch Ceramic Pro Fry Pans. So far they are fantastic. Food just slides out and they clean up with little effort. We have a black and a blue one. I think theyâre pretty good looking. They conduct and hold heat beautifully and are a pleasure to cook with.We are still pretty careful with their maintenance but are reassured by their robust build and feel.

Best non stick pan I’ve ever owned
I love this pan, it really does cook evenly and no sticking. This is fantastic, I normally find that non stick pans aren’t as easy to use as they claim to be especially for eggs. My eggs slide right off this without any oil or butter. It’s really a great investment in my opinion and I am considering giving away my other pans and buy another one of this.

Very slick no stick
This 12″ pan is very slick, heats evenly, well made, looks nice, and super easy to clean. I replaced my last non stick because the coating has started to wear which isn’t healthy. Not an issue with ceramic.The cooking surface is 9.5″, flat, and the sides are 2″ high which I find to be just about perfect for being able to flip things being fried, had having a decent volume. The handle is solid, comfortable and shaped well for stability. I already had a lid, so I was glad to no have to pay for a lid I don’t need.Used as directed; Heat the pan, wipe on a drop of oil, and it has been totally non stick.This pan is thick and heavy enough to resist warping, but lighter than my cast iron pan.Time will tell, but my first few months of use have been great.Don’t know how you can beat it for the price.That’s all I can think of to say about it…hope this helps.

Great little pan
I used to not be a fan of ceramic pans. This one is pretty good. Nothing really sticks to it unless it’s really hot oil. I do notice that it heats slightly unevenly (hotter on one side of the pan than the other), but it’s not enough to make me replace it with something else. Great for eggs.

Holy Slippery Smokes
I’ve only used it twice so far but it’s a dream. Attractive (I got blue), surprisingly heavy duty, heat seemed to distribute well, absolute zero sticking, and cleaned up EASY to look like new after use.

I live the way it cooks BUT
I love the way this pan cooks & cleans hwoever whats the point in midnight blue when it just scratches off.I have used my pan 6 times & the midnight Blue is chipping off everywhere, it does not give it a good look especially if you store your pans on the wall.I am thinking of sending it back, But I cant seem to reach Ninja to find out why!Pass on this Ninja & get another..
