I will share some of these knives with others. These knives are very sturdy. They are the perfect size for making sandwiches–spreading filling and cutting. I like these knives because they are easy to hold and are sharp but no point to poke yourself with. The handles are a little rough, I think they should have sanded them to a smother finish-hense the 3 STAR RATING.

Love these, but I didnât need this money
I bought a set of these, four, at a restaurant I was using them at about 20 years ago. I usually wash them by hand because the handles were wood, real wood, occasionally threw them in the dishwasher without thinking. They didnât need to be really replaced other than the real wood had really turned gray. I bought them for a Christmas gift for someone and it turned out that I really liked him so I replaced the old ones. Since thereâs only two of us, I really didnât need this number. I decided to give the remaining ones to a family member as a Christmas gift. She loved them. I look forward to using them for many years.

We absolutely love these knives! The are BIG.. abt 10″ long all together with sharp serrated edges, round tips (safe) & heavy duty plastic handles (dishwasher safe). They are pretty big… so if you don’t like em big, they may not be for you. They are high class restaurant quality too.
