The Best Pizza Pan
This Pizza pan is great, yes, it is slick and shiny; however, the more you use it the darker it will get. I recommend hand wash with no harsh cleaners. I rinse my pan with warm water and let the oily film remain it helps season the pan. Let it turn dark to black/brown by use. This pan works better the darker it gets. Make pizza like a pro.

Ordered this as a cake dish, for a 9.5″ Bundt cake and it’s perfect. Cleaned up easily from the gooey glazed topping. Will also use as a pizza pan going forward.

Exactly what I needed
I only make small 10â pizzas with my peel size and my pizza oven. I wished I had a pizza pan because my plates are just not big enough. I was thinking about swiping one from a pizza place but ended up on Amazon and found one! They have everything! This was perfect size for my pizza. I would suggest rubbing a thin layer of vegetable oil on it after you wash/dry the pan as other customers mentioned that they kind of degrade after washing it. Thanks!

Ok, so Iâve had the 12 inch pan for almost a year now, it has held up and then some. Iâve thrown it in a 550 degree oven and on top of a stone at the same time many times and itâs held up just fine. Remember, pizzerias use ovens hotter than the standard home oven. I had no issues with it but like others have said donât cut the pizza in it because itâll scratch. I still have some scratches but itâs no big deal. 2 nights ago I tried it in the Breville Crispy Crust oven which gets up to 660 degrees and still had no issue. The 12 inch pan just fits in the small oven and on the stone. I know what youâre thinking why am I making pizzas in a pan and on the stone? It gets the pizza thinner because of the thin pan. On a side note the Breville Crispy pizza crust oven is amazing, well worth the $150-200 youâll find it for.
