The only down side is that my partner also uses them to hold hot pieces of food while they cut slices off the food; the down side is that my partner has also sliced part of the silicone sheaths off the ends of the tongs. Whisk starting apart after first use while washing. Still functions, but is a bit of a disappointment. Otherwise the tongs and whisk are great quality. Especially the tongs. The metal under the silicone is very sturdy and doesn’t bend when trying to lift or flip heavier foods… love the black color. Maybe I just got a faulty unit, so still worth the buy in my opinion..

the whisk came broken, i can shove the whisk back into the holes to fix it. but it doesn’t stay for long.. the white on these stains really fast too, don’t get pasta sauce on it or you have orange instead of white.
