Best eggs I ever cooked. Perfect for Overlanding and camping
Well made. Works great. Beefy weight. Beautiful wood handle, Thought it was synthetic but description says wood. Its nice speckled gray, not black. Silicone heat indicator works great, red to white color, but looks like its already coming out. I don’t care though, its so nice. Used spray canola oil, salt, eggs don’t stick, wipes clean. No hard burnt egg edges etc. like on a skillet pan, great taste and consistency. Delicious results for a bonehead camp cook. Planning to use this overlanding and camping on propane or butane camp stoves, not always level so should be perfect. Planning on making easy breakfast sandwiches with buns, cheese, sausage patties on skillet pan. Cant wait to use it on the trail. I feel like I’m cheating. Better, easier, cleaner than the silicone egg rings or poaching rings we’ve used before. May try easy omelet or pancakes next. Get out there and cook some !!!

Fantastic pan for making eggs that are perfect for breakfast sandwiches
This pan is amazing. Makes eggs that are perfectly sized for breakfast sandwiches. Itâs very quick and easy to clean and the eggs are super easy to remove or flip – they donât stick at all ( I use a Pam spray as well).Highly recommend.

Not my favorite but it works
This one is not my favorite I prefer the other style that comes with a lid. But I do use this to fry up some frozen hash browns and I havenât tried it but Iâm thinking it might cook up a nice bunch of round pancakes. The wooden handle wouldnât fit right at first and took me some time to get it to finally tighten up and fit snug. I feel like it heats pretty evenly and has a decent nonstick surface. I have only hand washed mine because Iâm not sure how well the wooden handle would hold up in the dishwasher and I figured it would also help preserve the nonstick surface. But overall it is a decent little pan.

A practical kitchen tool
In the world that sells entirely too many worthless kitchen contraptions that are a total waste of time and money, every so often out comes a kitchen tool that actually works and does a good job. This pan is one of those tools that does exactly what it says and also does it well. I was looking for a practical way to cook a fair number of eggs as part of my weekly meal prep which led me to waste money on one of those gross dash sous vide style egg cookers with the sticky silicone cups that simply ruin good eggs no matter how much oil you use on them. From there I looked for a better solution and came across this pan. With this pan I can cook and portion out enough eggs for my weekly breakfast in a fraction of the time, and the eggs are cooked nice and even and do not stick to the pan. If you’re looking for a helpful tool for portioned food prep, this pan will be a great addition to any kitchen.

Perfect “McMuffins”
I tried this for the first time, and I love it. I toasted two English muffins, while I cooked sausage and eggs. Buttered the pan for eggs, no problem. I have an induction plate, and the fact that it works with it is a plus.
