Not very good.
Just got these in.I was looking for some straight forward kitchen tongs. No wood or silicone bits to fall off or melt. Just something strong that would do the job.Here’s what was delivered: Light weight, off kilter tongs so poorly engineered, (if you even need to engineer a set of kitchen tongs) that, every time they are held with the locking tab pointing down, the lock slides closed.Pick up a piece of French toast from the pan and when the tongs go vertical, they lock meaning, you can’t release the bread.The metal is light weight. Like, comically light.Not worth the effort to return.

Best tongs ever!
I’ve been a chef for a very long time and these are the best tongs I’ve EVER used! They’re not too short and not too long so you have great control over them without getting burned. The teeth really grip anything you pick up and the holes let it drain incredibly well. They clean SO easy it’s ridiculous. It doesn’t matter what kind of cooking you do, grilling, frying, etc, you need these.

These tongs are not as described. They are not heavy-duty, sturdy tongs. They don’t meet up correctly when you open and close them. I like the design and the teeth on the tongs. They grip food well. I like the fact that they are stainless steel. with no plastic, wood, or silicone. I just wish they were more substantial and that they met up correctly.

Great unless you turn it upside down
These tongs are not the highest quality I’ve ever had, but the metal is not so thin that it bends, and the teeth would certainly be useful for things like roasts and ribs (probably too sharp for most veggies).I was pleased to see that the hanging hole was silicone over metal, not just silicone (I’ve been burned before).The locking mechanism to keep the tongs closed in the drawer is so loose that it will engage if you just turn the head of the tongs higher than horizontal. Which makes for a very frustrating cooking experience ,I’m not sure these are worth keeping.

Grips meat awesomely & holds to the weight. Only complaint is the lock. It is sloppy lose so can be difficult with you want the open or closed.
