Works well, but grating area is limited
The largest section of the grater works well for foods like carrots and cheddar cheese. I used the round ridged area for grating Parmesan cheese and it comes out fine, but it is a smaller area to use. I didnât take out the center part because it wasnât obvious how it was supposed to come out and the wood doesnât seem very sturdy. It is handy because of the multiple grating surfaces in one grater if youâre short on kitchen space.

Lightweight and sharp
I use this for Carrots to make a salad. Depending on your need you will either like it or not. For me it works but it doesnt grate carrots as thin as I need it. That’s probably the only negative for me personally. Other than that it is a great grater. Comfortable to hold and use. Carrots just glide through, be careful not to cut yourself. For the price it is actually alot better than I expected it to be.

This works for me, mostly for potatoes, it’s very simple in construction and very easy to use. This is easy to clean as most of these are, and the lightweight materials design helps a little. Overall cool shredding board, I only really use the main tools.

Flimsy
This is a product that exemplifies the idea that “You get what you pay for”…currently $6. It’s a narrow hand shredder for prepping food items such as cheese and onions. The inset is plastic; the frame is wood. Supposedly the plastic/metal part is dishwasher safe (not the wood part) and supposedly you can remove the plastic section to wash separately. Alas, I could not get it out of mine.The product feels flimsy to the hand; it’s hard to hold still while rubbing a brick of hard cheese against it. I wanted to like this but alas, I can’t recommend it.
