Picture above clearly shows they advertise with loose ice in the cooler section. Amazon will not refund without return (despite false advertising and/or defective product) because the sellerâs policy doesnât allow it. Contacted seller about refund without returning and no response. Donât waste your time if you expect the COOLER section to not leak. Not ideal for riding with water dripping on you and all over the road behind you.
