Good little pan, but not what I really want!
I do like this little pan and will keep it, but would have preferred the pan be a little wider and less deep. A little wider would give you more area across the top to add or (manipulate) liquid ingredients. I will probably keep up the search for 1 quart pan that is wider at the top!Update: I discovered what the pan is actually missing – it’s missing a “lip” on there! When you try to pour soup into a bowl, there is no “lip” to keep it from dripping down the side of the pan.
