Simple, Nice
For some reason, a simple set of well-designed measuring spoons was something I just couldn’t find locally, especially for reasonable money. I got these for measuring chemicals at the garden, and they’re so nice I almost decided to keep them for my kitchen, instead. Nothing complicated or fancy, just good basic measuring spoons at a good price.

While I haven’t tested the accuracy of these spoons (my type of cooking doesn’t require exact measures), they are great spoons. Well labeled and easy to read – I’m visually impaired and I can see the labels perfectly. They are easy to clean and meet my needs perfectly. Only one wish – that you could separate them, but the loop doesn’t open. Not worth taking a star off, but would have been nice.

25 stars: Why these are THE PERFECT measuring spoon set
I had previously used a cheap brand with completely round spoons that would bend if I were scooping something like hardened coconut oil or might cause spillage if I were scooping out from a small herb jar or powdered packet with a small opening. Because the spoons are more narrow, this isn’t an issue. They do not bend at all. Also, because they have flat bottoms, you can lay them down on the counter without worrying about spillage.

ACCURATE & lightweight spoons
I measured these against my KitchenAid & Lucksury spoons & they are the same. The teaspoon will fit easily into the Spice Island spice bottles but not the Mc Cormick gourmet bottles. I painted over the measuring numbers with clear matte gesso to prevent them from rubbing off. They could also be spray-painted with a clear acrylic spray by putting masking tape over the spoon part. I like the accuracy, bold numbers & lightweighness of these spoons.

I’ve started using vitamins in powder form which is more cost-effective. This allows me to adjust my intake. I’m very happy with it. It’s made out of good plastic and feels like it will last for years. Also useful when cooking/baking. Recommended.
