Must-have for mini cakes!
I loved using these to make mini cakes for my farmer’s market – they’re very popular in my area! These tins hold the equivalent of 2-3 cupcakes, and they are non-stick (so no need to spray or coat)! They’re very fun and classy at the same time. The lid stays on, just as long as you don’t fill the pan too much, and great from freezer to oven. They even come with ity-bitty spoons so your customers can eat right away (free advertising – win-win!)

Cute, but lids didnât work consistently
Worked well to make mini loaves (blueberry muffins in a tin!), but the base does easily get warped. The downside of that is the lids donât fit on well/consistently. I made 10 loaves and only could get the lids on three. It might work better if you were just dropping in completed desserts (like a trifle style), but if having lids is essential, these didnât consistently work. The sporks were a nice addition. They were necessary since there wasnât a clean release from the tin.

I love these little cake tins! They make the perfect individual sized dessert (maybe enough to share with 1 if you don’t have a major sweet tooth like me). They hold up well in the oven, the lids are easy to pop on and off, and they look really nice!

Theyâre the perfect size for snack portions, and I was impressed that baked goods cooked evenly without sticking to the sides, making it easy to eat every yummy morsel. The lids fit securely, which is great for storage and transport. The included sporks are a thoughtful touch, but itâs worth noting that thereâs no way to attach them to the lid without making the pans slightly uneven for stacking. They can still be attacked, but they will be a bit unstable, which can be inconvenient for transport. Overall, these pans are a solid choice for small baked goods and portioned treats
