Beautiful and high-quality pot
First of all, what a beautiful, stainless steel pot! The golden handles really give it a high-end feel and look. The pot itself is high quality and, while I’m by no means a chef, this pot is just as good performance-wise as any of my other pots. With its 6-quart capacity, it can make large meals for the whole family.One other thing I really appreciated – no assembly required. It comes with the handles already attached to the pot and lid. Just unpack it, wash it, and it’s ready.It feels very durable and it will definitely last a lifetime. I have no complaints with this pot!

A worthy replacement for my old 5 quart stew pot.
I’ve used this pot for a few weeks and so far have nothing bad to say about it. If anything I think it looks as good, if not better, than as portrayed in the product pics. The base is nice and thick, and watching bubbles form on the bottom while boiling water seems to show that there is relatively even heat distribution, and I don’t notice any “hot spots” while doing things like browning meat or frying onions on my gas burner. The rivets on the pot and lid are on there solidly, it doesn’t leak when you fill it past the handles.I was a little concerned that the handles would heat up a ton because they are not insulated, but it actually isn’t as terrible as I thought, though it is definitely something that you will want to use with hot pads when cooking at high temps.The handles seem to be made of some type of metal pipe material that is pressed flat and riveted on both ends. They feel very solid and durable, and at this point I have zero concern about their quality, and they lend to the sense of an overall well-executed design.I’m not a metallurgist, so I don’t know if the handles are actually a gold-colored metal versus some sort of plating, but either way, no problems with it so far; I’ve knocked it around a few times already and haven’t noticed any chipping/scratching/fading, and I would expect that if any issues do happen to arise with this, it will be years down the road. Either way, definitely not a show-stopper for me.I would *assume* the lid is also oven-safe, but it does not specify that in the product description, and it did not come with any care instructions. The lid does have little silicone washers between the metal handle and the glass, presumably to deal with the physics of heat expansion, so that is the only reason I would have second thoughts about putting the lid in the oven. But on the flip side, they make other oven-safe silicone things, so who knows. It would be nice to have this clarified somewhere in the description, though.The biggest thing to keep in mind I guess is that stainless cookware is a different beast than non-stick.. it’s a lot more forgiving as far as wear and tear, but if you do manage to burn something in them, it takes some elbow grease to clean it out.Please note that I had the privilege of ordering this item for review so cost is not factored into my rating; only my opinions of the product itself, but all in all I think this is a decent good looking and functional pot that met or exceeded my expectations based on the description, and I would have no qualms giving or receiving this as a gift, or to purchase on my own, so for that I provide a rating of 4 stars.

This pot is a showstopper. Heavy duty yet elegant with it’s chrome high gloss finish polish and glistening gold embellishments. Heats evenly and easy to clean and even dishwasher safe. Glam cooking meets function.
