I absolutely love this smaller frying pan. I purchased a larger one and enjoy as well. This smaller one is convenient for me for small meals. I love it’s nonstick and food slide right off. I have other non stick pans but they don’t live up to their name. You can’t go wrong with this one.

Versatile, durable, low maintenance, good heat distribution
It’s not really a frying pan; it’s not really a skillet; it kind of sits between them but can function pretty well as either one. Also, comes with a ventilated glass cover for if/when you want one. Heat distribution is fast and even. Cleanup is easy as well – pre-rinse and then just toss it in the dishwasher. No need for special treatment like a cast-iron pan.The only reason why I’m showing 4 stars is because of the texture at the floor of the pan. I honestly didn’t notice this in the product photos or might have thought twice. It’s likely helpful when working with food items that need to be shoved around a lot, but I do a lot of dairy – specifically, fried eggs and omelettes – and for those, it’s less than ideal. Tougher to get a spatula smoothly under an omelette when it has a lot of extra surface area to try to grab, and recessed surface area at that. You can work around it by drowning the floor in melted butter, PAM or whatever, but if they had just offered a non-identical twin of this with a normal dead-flat bottom it would be 5 stars.

Excellent fry pan. Handle stays cool, lightweight, very very nice.Updates: donât believe the videos that show the eggs sliding around in the pan. I have yet to find a pan that is nonstick for eggs. This is no exception. And this is the main reason why I bought this pan. Is for eggs. Maybe Iâm being a little picky, but I have been looking at pans to find one thatâll be nonstick eggs. No luck so far.

Very small looks like the 8in included the handle and itâs pretty shallow I thought it would have a bit more depth to it but boy was I wrong

Perfect for Eggs
Purchased this for over easy eggs. Size is perfect for two eggs and you could fit 3. Didnât even need cooking spray and the eggs slid right out. Super easy to clean.

Discolours and the handle is leaking some black substance! If you want a pan for a short period then buy but I would not bother!

The middle of pan is higher than its sides. If it was flat less oil would be needed and better for pan life time. Hope next models won’t have this issue because otherwise it’s great.
