First of all, I am disappointed that this pan was made in China. Second, this looks like coated finish instead of carbon steel. I’ve used it only once, but I can tell it will scratch very easily. Thus the three stars. Aside from these two reasons, I like the size of the pan, so we will see how it performs. Maybe I will post an update later.
