Wonderful
My sister had a knife like this when I visited her home. I immediately ordered one. It works perfectly for anything you would use a paring knife for yet so much sharper and more ergonomical to use. I’m happy that it has a sheath. It could be a little more sophisticated but it seems to be fine in my drawer. It is very sharp so be careful!

It Cuts Great!!!
I like this little knife, fits in hand well. The color is for an easy find. The little sheath that comes with is also good for protection and great to hang. It could be a little sharper but for the price it’s a good little buddy to have around.. Thanks for a good product and a useful one. Delivery was also quick!! which is appreciative.

I loved it but not sharp
From a utility point of view this knife is great. There is no tool that can substitute this. Often a bare minimum number of knifes is described as a chef’s knife and a pairing knife. I strongly believe that a small beak bladed knife is a lot more useful than a pairing knife – by a lot. I can do 99.9% of the tasks of a pairing knife with my chef’s knife but I can’t do the things I do with the beak knife with the chef’s knife. If you haven’t used one it is hard to describe and convince you of the utility this tool offers. This knife deserves 5 stars but it wasn’t sharp and I returned it (it is hard to sharpen on stones because of the shape of the blade). I am ordering a Victorinox and am excited to test it. The knife dimensions were great. The small pointed blade is short enough to do tasks like coring tomatoes perfectly. I also find it very useful for picking skin off of garlic gloves – it is awesome for this task. If you want the clove to be whole, the point picks it so successfully. I guess this is more of a description for all knives in this category but this was the first beak knife I had. I see there are full tang riveted versions but I am inclined to believe they wouldn’t be as agile as something like that. Dimensions are going to be very important. ( For example, I bought a Made -In pairing knife because my old one couldn’t hold an edge and although the blade of the Made-In knife is great it is too big to be a paring knife and I am still using the old one)I think the blade has to be small just like that because you end up bringing the item you are working on and the knife closer to your eyes and the small dimensions of the blade allow for carving style operations or snipping small things. This type of knife is awesome and unreplaceable (no pun intended) similar to an exacto knife.

Great paring knife
We loved our knife so much, we had to buy two more! One will go into our 5th wheel camper!

Does it’s job well
This knife’s curve is great for peeling fruits and vegetables, and it is sharp and lies great in the hand. It comes with a protective sleeve for the blade. I’ve used it for a couple month now, and it has retained a sharp edge.
