    Best Paring Knife I’ve owned.
The knife is like all the other Mercer knives I’ve owned, which is great! It arrives very sharp and is very easy to keep sharpened.I’d buy this again, except I don’t think I’ll ever need to buy another paring knife.

    Great purchase!
Was at my niece’s house and cutting oranges. My niece had a Mercer knife in the drawer. I started cutting oranges 🍊 and the knife went right through without having to use a lot of effort. I needed that since I started having some nerve pain in my dominant arm. I quickly ordered myself the one like my niece had and plan to order more sizes.

Great value for a nice kitchen pairing knife
I really love this little knife. It is not weighted terribly well, but it does the job. I think it’s a good value and is certainly a good pairing knife to have in your kitchen.

    Super Sharp!
Great size for my hand. I’ve had other paring knives before but this one seems sharper than most.

This review is difficult to write. The product literally is 10x inferior to the 10x more expensive Wushof model. It is perhaps 9x inferior to the 5x more expensive 3 Claves model which I would strongly recommend over this one as it has superior weight balance and blade quality. If you’re looking for a low quality, disposable knife that needs to be replaced every 2-3 months and is not meant for any serious cutting, this will work for you. If you’re looking or a “real knife”, buy a 3 Claves, sharpen it as needed and you will save time (and prevent cuts) over the long run.

esta pequeña la hoja de cortar, si bien tiene mucho cuchillo que puedo rebanar carne facilmente, no la recomiendo como un cuchillo de uso general si no especializado, sobretodo para cortar verduras en cuadritos o cortes finos de carnes.

Used to remove excess oil from sump after overfill. It did the job and is available for reuse if ever needed. Only 100 ml but in some respects more manageable. My initial concern was whether the bore of the tube would fit but it wasn’t a problem. It was long enough too.
