Awesome knife
I love this knife. It actually stays sharp a long time for me. I need more. The grip is great on the handle.

My favorite kitchen knife
This is my absolute favorite kitchen knife. I started working with Mercer Millennia knives in a professional kitchen many years ago. I initially liked them because my hands wouldn’t ache after a six hour shift working as a prep cook. I fell in love with them because they are sturdy, ergonomic, relatively inexpensive, and hold an edge well. They worked so well at work I got a set for my home kitchen, and I have never looked back.

Must have
The literal best knife!!! a must have for anyone who likes to cook!

Little too long
Great knife but I have found that 9 inches is a bit too long for everyday use – difficult to control the tip for fine work. I would stick to knives in the 6.5 to 8 inch range for everyday use.Overall very good value for money though

Been using for years…
Knife has held up amazingly well for the price. I have a chef friend that uses them for gigs and gives them away to his helpers. Inexpensive but not cheap…a hard to find combo now-a-days.

Huge
Huge chefs knife for a home cook. Even with it’s large blade, it’s very useful. One of my favorite knives to use when I’m cooking. Holds a great edge.

Best value on a quality knife.
This knife is the most comfortable in my hand out of all my others. I am used to a slightly smaller JA Henckel chef’s knife, 8 in. This is a 9 in. At first I thought it would be too big. I now use it 9 out of 10 times I use any of my knives. It came very sharp and all I’ve done is run it over a steel after each use. It can cut anything so thin you can see through it! For $20 it’s very underrated. My favorite. I had been using the Henckel for 30 years. I kinda feel like a traitor 😉

Very sharp and sturdy
Now when I say this knife is the best it is, the rubber handle is gentle to the palm.Use it for 3 months without sharpening it.I would recommend you buy this. You wonât loseItâs also good for beginners

I bought this knife based on the reviews on the internet the grip is nice and more comfortable than Fibrox but let’s see how the blade will perform at the end you get what you pay for I ordered the 9inch as there is no big difference between 8inch and this oneupdate The knife was not sharp out of the box it struggled to cut tomatoes and chop some scallions so I needed to sharpen it with the whetstone

Moved on to a wusthof and there is no comparison, as well as with the price though. As usual get what you pay for. Passed it on to my buddy so i’m not sure how it sharpens.

Cette marque de produit ne cesse de me surprendre. Excellent couteau de chef, son pouvoir tranchant est vraiment étonnant. Je le recommande à tous ceux qui veulent un bon couteau de chef sans payer trop cher.

The knife is quite sharp and has a good feel to it. It has maintained sharpness even after a year and a bit!

Crazy sharp and durable blade… it slices through a fully ripe soft tomato like a hot knife through butter. I’ve been using it for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier with it
