Quality
I recently purchased a Victorinox paring knife and was disappointed so decided to try Mercer. This is a great paring knife that’s well-constructed, nicely balanced, and quite sharp. No comparison between the two: I’m a Mercer believer. Great price point and quality product with each of my three Mercer purchases.

Excellent
Great quality. Super sharp. Lightweight and feels good to hold in your hand. Every knife I buy from the company is fantastic.

Use every day
Well worth the price. Replaced two other name brand parring knives that I was using. I like the handle and ii stays sharp longer than the previous two knives that cost more

For the money, an insanely good knife so far……
I have MAC knives. Their quality is well documented. SHARP as can be… My wife is afraid she will damage them and uses some poor quality dull knives. I bought this paring knife for her as she likes Smaller handled knives for prep work, salads etc. She loves this knife. It is sharp as any knife I have seen. I paid under 10 bucks for it. I am thinking of getting the whole set of these and taking them with me when we go for extended trips. Every VRBO or AirbnB has condo has junk knives. These things are amazing so far, in 90 days I’ll see what shape it’s in…. Not going to cut up chickens with this one but I feel sure the Chef Knife will…

Decent knife
This handle might be good for less experienced Cooks but I think it doesn’t let me grip the knife the way I want to.
HT –
Sharp knife which is easy to hold.
I have only had it a couple of weeks, so my opinion may change over time, but so far: blade is sharp and the handle is made so that it is comfortable to use. Thus at this point, I am pleased with the knife.
