I purchased my MegaWise Vacuum Sealer Machine in August 2024. It was great, compact and easy to use. In December it stopped sealing, so I contacted the manufacturer’s customer service, and they sent me a new rubber seal within 2 weeks. It was easy to replace, and it’s back up and running perfectly. I would recommend this product. Sue

I have looked at a lot of these type of sealers and liked the reviews on this one. I have found it to be very easy to use, stores easily in my kitchen, seals the food products great, and super handy. Works really well to seal the bags
The bag cut blade on the top is a bit finicky, though. The bag has to be really flat and positioned just right otherwise it kind of bunches up. However, that aside, the sealer part works really well. And it really, really sucks the air out !

Cheap and works but high maintenance for longevity.
Works great but if you want this to last you need to do a few at a time, unplug it let it cool down for 10 minutes. It gets hot fast but shrinks air tight and has multiple settings to get it sealed right the first time. Be smart folks it’s not industrial grade. Also get the bags in bulk because you will want to shrink wrap it all, even veggies and frozen foods you put in the freezer in the box. No more freezer burns in my future. Big money saver!

My husband and I don’t have anyone else in our household, but we like to get our veggies and meats at Costco due to pricing and quality – but it all comes with wayyy too much of everything for us to eat before it rots even when frozen in Ziplocks. I got this vacuum sealer on sale, but honestly, I would suggest this at normal price, too!It is SO beginner user friendly, it is extremely quick, and it has multiple functions! It can vacuum seal, seal plastic baggies and sheets, cut the plastic baggies/sheets and re-seal them, and it even comes with an attachment to vacuum seal jars!The design is a little dated, but that’s okay – it is going to stay in my cupboard whenever it’s not in use, so that doesn’t really matter.Cleaning it is also very straightforward: wait for the sealing band/rod to cool after your final use, and wipe the inside down with a paper towel. It cannot get any easier â¡Thank you for selling the shiny new gadget in my kitchen, Megawise â¡

Wouldn’t seal other brand of bags *updated review* UPDATED AGAIN
Wanted to like this little unit. Worked fine with the name brand bags it came with but would not seal the other brand rolls that I had left over from my current, overworked, almost dead Food Saver. I saw that people had said it worked with other brand bags but I tried numerous times with no luck. May have to return. Bummer. Also…the Megawise brand roll is stupid expensive. ($17 for ONE roll!!??) Doesn’t make the great cost of the machine balance out in my opinion. Still researchingI have updated this review. Chatted with customer service. Didn’t seem to resolve my problem at first, but they reached out by email and gave some ideas to try. Turning around the foam seal seemed to do the trick! Right away I could tell that it was working better…go figure. Not sure how long this little unit will last with the force needed to “click down both sides” but I’m willing to give it a try for the price. Giving 5 stars more for the customer service than the product. We will see if it stands the test of time.Customer service was fine, as stated above. Unfortunately, some of the things I THOUGHT were sealed ended up with air in them days later when I was cleaning out my freezer. Have never had trouble with the name brand over the years. Going to return and remember that you get what you pay for. Just didn’t work for me for some reason…and I am a super sealing queen.

Iâm glad that I received it and I have been using it for about a month. It does a great jobThe customer service on this product was wonderful. They not only sent me the missing item, but they also called to check in.

It’s convenient to store, lightweight and works well. This is my first vaccum sealer, so nothing to compare it too. The suction power removes the air quite well, the speed could be faster but hense the budget friendly price it’s a pretty good product. I am happy with it and use it often.The sealer does get warm with lots of use at one time, but the manufacturer notes that and to let it cool down.
