Works perfectly
Bought this as a replacement blade as my other grating blade broke. It’s a perfect match and fit’s my Hamiton Beach processor perfectly. By the way…I have had this processor for about 20 years. So the original grading blade did last a very long time. I hope this one lasts just as long.

Better than the HB shredder disc
This shredder disc is much stronger and sturdier than the one included in my HB 70730 processor. Just grated two blocks of cheese with perfect results and no bending/ruining of the disk. Thank goodness I found this. If you need to replace a bent disc for you HB processor – this one is fabulous.

Time saver!
Fit my Hamilton beach food processor perfectly and I use it all the time! Mostly for grating cheese; but it slices really well too. I havenât used my mandolin since buying it! I was skeptical it would get clean in the dishwasher without prewashing, but itâs come out clean every time.

Got stuck
The attachment got stuck in my food processor. I was trying to shred some cheese for Thanksgiving and it was stuck after shredding two blocks. I would suggest you donât buy it unless you want to risk breaking it and buying another food processor. Luckily I had my husband home to help me get it off.

Itâs a toss up.
So it fits great. It shreds but like any auto shredder or hand shredder when you get down to that last small piece it canât catch it to shred, which meant the last section of cheese took off in the machine to bounce around to pop the top off. It better then hand shredding and itâs cheaper than one of the hand cranks so Iâll still use but be warned.

I think the replacement blade seems stronger than the original. It’s super to have a new sharp blade again. Fits like the original.
